I called At Home Blinds & Decor and told them about the problem that we were having on three of our blinds. Everything was under warranty and there was no hesitation on their part to fix the problems. I worked with Shaela in the main office and emailed pictures of the problem blinds and she did the rest. In today’s world customer service is hard to find and I can tell you At Home gives excellent service in all areas. The repair team solved the problems and were a pleasure to work with. Great place to not only purchase all of your blinds from, but they will stand behind their products by giving great service.
